Returns/Exchanges

As a startup, we unfortunately cannot offer any refunds/returns but we do allow for exchanges as per the guidelines below: 

  • All exchanges must be logged within 3 days of your order being delivered/purchased. The item(s) must be unused, in a saleable condition (unless faulty) and in it's original packaging, with labels attached. All items should have no visible signs of wear or use, this includes make-up stains and any odours.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings, undergarments, sleepwear and swimwear may not be returned or exchanged.
  • No exchanges will be permitted unless items are faulty as a result of manufacture defects.
  • Exchanges for a different sized garment is permitted but subject to stock availability. If the required size is not available, we will gladly exchange the purchased garment for a matching valued item of your choice. Kindly note that stock is limited in all styles so please ensure that you purchase the correct sized garment at the time of order. You can follow our size guide for more details.
  • If you are unhappy with your purchase and would prefer something else, we will gladly arrange collection via courier but you will have to pay the courier fee both ways.
  • Sale items, e-gift cards and discount cards are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable.

    • A short description on why you would like to return the item
    • A picture of any damage or manufacturing defects (required for repairs)
